Founded in 2012, Expert Legal Assistance (ELA) provides legal services to public and private entities in Angola in an independent manner, integrating a team of professionals with high experience and know-how in their respective areas of expertise.
Since then, we have achieved excellent results for our clients based on our core values and principles of action: provision of services by an ethical, experienced and professional team, committed to resolving the most important legal issues of its clients based on a relationship of trust, loyalty, dedication, availability, and with great focus on the results obtained.
We advise both, companies and individuals, and we have a vast experience in each of our areas of activity that has allowed us to secure some of the most complex operations in each of these areas in Angola.
We provide our clients with multidisciplinary support in the different legal areas through a team with different skills and collaboration with external advisors, namely tax and accounting consultants, as well as other specialists in areas that require specific knowledge and qualifications.

Expert Legal Assistance exercises its activity with respect for the general principles arising from the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act, the United Nations Convention against Corruption, the Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions and respective recommendations, and Law 3/10 of 29 March (Law of Public Probity in Angola), as well as for the ethical principles, standards of compliance, regulations, business conduct and good business practices that transparent business activity in Angola should pursue.
All forensic professionals included in Expert Legal Assistance organization are authorized by their respective professional associations to exercise their profession within Angolan territory.
